Returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 5 days of delivery
Because Items are made to order I do not except cancellations after 24 hours or if your item has shipped.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order so we can resolve your concern.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Rings 
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Please remember items are handmade therefore no two are exactly alike. Pictures may not be the exact item you receive. Stamp designs, color shades of stones and silver texture may vary sightly.
*** FULL Refunds will ONLY be given if the item received is not the item you ordered.
*** NO Refunds, one (1) time in store EXCHANGE chosen within 30 days only.
*** A 25% restocking fee and new shipping fee will apply to exchange
*** NOT responsible for items lost or damaged by delivery service.

Shipping is done USPS Priority. Insurance is NOT included and Santa Fe Silverworks is not responsible for lost packages.
Items are made when you order so please allow up to three weeks. If you need an Item sooner please let me know when you order or check status prior to ordering.
